At Metric Bridge Media, we are committed to delivering high-quality marketing and media services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which payments may be refunded or services canceled. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.
1. Service-Based Nature of Work
Due to the customized and strategic nature of digital marketing, branding, and media services, all fees paid to Metric Bridge Media are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
2. Cancellations

Before Work Begins: If you cancel a project before work has started, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the agreement.

During a Project: If a project is canceled after work has started, refunds will not be issued for work already completed. Any prepaid fees for unrendered services may be applied as a credit toward future services, at our discretion.

Ongoing Retainers or Subscriptions: Monthly or recurring services (such as social media management, SEO, or paid ad management) may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice.
3. Deposits & Upfront Payments
Deposits are required to secure services and are non-refundable. Deposits may be applied to future work if the project is postponed by mutual agreement.
4. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may only be issued in the following rare cases:

Duplicate payments made in error.

Billing errors caused by Metric Bridge Media.
5. Delivery of Services
We make every effort to deliver services on time and as outlined in agreements. Delays caused by the client (e.g., lack of feedback, missing assets) do not constitute grounds for a refund.
