At Metric Bridge Media, we value your business and are committed to providing flexible solutions while maintaining fairness to both our clients and our team. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which projects, meetings, or ongoing services may be canceled.


1. Project Cancellations

  • Before Work Begins: If a project is canceled before work has started, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the contract terms.

  • After Work Has Begun: If a project is canceled after work has commenced, you will be billed for the portion of work completed up to the cancellation date. Deposits are non-refundable.


2. Ongoing Services (Retainers & Subscriptions)

  • For monthly or recurring services (e.g., social media management, ad campaigns, SEO):

    • Cancellations require 30 days’ written notice.

    • Services already delivered or scheduled within the notice period will be completed and billed accordingly.


3. Meetings & Consultations

  • Cancellations/Reschedules: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a meeting or consultation.

  • Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without prior communication, may be billed in full.


4. Deposits & Payments

  • All deposits made to secure services are non-refundable.

  • Deposits may be applied to a rescheduled project or future services if agreed upon in writing.


5. Exceptions

We understand that emergencies can arise. Exceptions to this policy may be granted at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
